What is the monthly payment?
The monthly payment is listed with each home and remains predictable. There are no surprise increases like typical rent hikes.
Are the homes move in ready?
Homes are sold as is. No repairs or renovations will be completed prior to move in. This allows us to keep payments affordable and approvals simple.
Who handles repairs and maintenance?
Because you are working toward ownership, maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of the occupant. We explain this clearly before you move forward.
How long does the process take?
Once you choose a home and make your move in payment, the process can move quickly. Many people are able to move in much faster than going through a traditional mortgage.
